Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using Node.js and Python, contributing to intelligent automation solutions that utilize Agentic AI for system integrations. This role involves working on microservices architecture, AI agent orchestration, and complex system integrations across platforms like HRIS, ERP, CRM, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Architect and manage microservices-based applications.
• Orchestrate Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous system integrations.
• Integrate third-party systems using REST, GraphQL, SOAP, and Webhooks.
• Collaborate with DevOps, AI/ML, Product, and Integration teams.
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and observability.
• Implement custom logic for task delegation, retries, chaining, and monitoring.
• Write automated tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system flows and integration mappings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js and Python.
• Proven experience with enterprise SaaS applications and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AI agents, task automation, or LLM-based frameworks.
• Expertise in system integration tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier).
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, data transformation, and asynchronous workflows.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD, and TDD/BDD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGPT, or other agentic AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Background in data engineering or ETL pipelines.
• Experience with OAuth2, SAML, SSO protocols.
• Exposure to graph databases, vector stores, or embedding-based retrieval.
