Job Title: QA Engineer – Functional & Automation Testing

Role Overview

The QA Engineer will be responsible for executing functional, regression, and visual testing for a .NET-based Document Management System across web, desktop, and mobile applications. This role involves owning the testing lifecycle—from test design to reporting—while ensuring high product quality and readiness for release. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automation testing, coordination of test activities, and familiarity with visual/UI testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing processes based on the Test Plan and Test Strategy.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and visual test cases.=
• Conduct manual acceptance testing, UAT, and bug verification.
• Report defects, maintain clear documentation, and follow up on issue resolution.
• Evaluate product quality and readiness for release based on test outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA leads to improve quality across releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in test coverage and automation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in software testing across enterprise applications.
• Strong experience in functional and regression testing for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Solid understanding of visual regression testing concepts and execution.
• Experience with UI/visual testing tools.
• Familiarity with manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Excellent skills in bug tracking, test reporting, and issue resolution.
