The Inside Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving lead generation and nurturing client relationships by leveraging tools like Zoho CRM and executing targeted email marketing campaigns. This position requires a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with excellent communication skills, a knack for sales strategies, and the ability to convert leads into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Zoho CRM to track leads, manage client data, and ensure efficient sales pipeline management.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads effectively.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, qualify, and engage high-potential prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies and messaging.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
- Meet individual and team sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, email marketing platforms, and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and email marketing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging client emails.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in executing email marketing campaigns, including designing templates and analyzing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes in [specify industry, if applicable].
