Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter with 5+ years of expertise in recruiting top-tier talent for SAP-related positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP technologies and the ability to attract, assess, and hire skilled professionals for various SAP roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to identify hiring needs, create targeted recruitment strategies, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of SAP positions (e.g., SAP Consultants, SAP Developers, SAP Project Managers, SAP Analysts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define key hiring criteria.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, SAP forums, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit for SAP roles.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including technical assessments and interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new SAP hires.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging SAP technologies, and changes in the SAP job market to ensure effective recruitment strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP recruitment or a related technical recruiting role.
  • Familiarity with SAP technologies (SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW, etc.) and SAP job roles and certifications.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools.
  • Ability to evaluate technical skills and knowledge through interviews and assessments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple hiring priorities.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
