A Leader with Two Decades of Impact
Vishal brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Software R&D, Shared Services, Consultative Sales, and Enterprise Solutions. His track record combines strategic foresight with hands-on operational excellence — a combination that positions Indigrators to deepen its impact in global digital transformation and GCC enablement.
Prior to joining Indigrators, Vishal served as Managing Director of Nemetschek India (formerly Spacewell India), an organization he incubated and led for over 12 years. He has also held senior leadership roles at Infosys, Knack Systems, and Cargill, driving large-scale technology delivery for clients across the United States and Europe.
A recognized thought leader in the GCC and IT-enabled services space, Vishal frequently speaks at international forums on the future of digital operations. Beyond the boardroom, he actively drives community upliftment through Saritansh, his NGO focused on social and educational empowerment. He holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.
