Role Overview
The Inside Sales Executive plays a key role in driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Supporting both Indigrators and Xaptronics, this role involves lead generation, engaging client presentations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to grow the business pipeline and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver engaging client presentations and product demos using tools like PowerPoint.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of Indigrators and Xaptronics products.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and track sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and leadership teams on pre-sales initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, sales performance, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- MBA from a reputed institute with strong academic performance.
- 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or pre-sales roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven with a growth mindset and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
